EXCELLENTVerified casa TOP, l'abitazione di Rocio è molto ben curata nell'arredamento delle stanze che sono uguali alle fotografie. ci siamo trovati molto bene e il self check-in è stato molto semplice da eseguire, l'appartamento e fornito di tutto ciò che necessita per il soggiorno (asciugamani, lenzuola, coperte, necessario per cucinare) e non abbiamo dovuto procurarci niente tranne gli alimenti per i pasti. l'unico punto debole è il riscaldamento del soggiorno che risulta un po' debole se le temperature scendono di notte.Verified We had an amazing stay. It had everything we needed and immediately felt like our home away from home. The guide the host sent was amazing. We used it many times during our stay. The host was very communicative. The apartment was very bright and clean. 10/10 stay.Verified Nous venons de passer une semaine dans ce bel appartement rempli d'oeuvres d'art. Il situé à proximité des transports en commun. Tout le nécessaire est disponible sur place tant dans la salle de bain que dans la cuisine. Rocio est une hôte fabuleuse qui a tout fait pour que nous vivions le meilleur séjour possible. Elle a fait preuve de flexibilité pour l'accès à l'appartement et elle a multiplié les petites attentions. Elle s'est montrée réactive tant avant que pendant notre séjour. Note aux locataires potentiels, l'escalier qui mène à la chambre du haut est raide et un peu glissant. Il ne convient pas aux jeunes enfants, mais cela fait de l'etage le parfait refuge pour les adolescents.Verified La casa está muy bien ubicada,muy cerca de las paradas del bus y del tranvía que te llevan a toda la parte turística.Muy limpia y cuidada, con todo lo necesario,para que la estancia sea agradable.Nos dejó un detallito y varias cosas ,que se agradecen cuando llegas y que no figuran en el anuncio.Rocío,su dueña, es encantadora. Siempre pendiente de nosotros,nos ha hecho más fácil movernos por la ciudad y visitar lo más importante. Como sólo utilizamos transporte público,el coche lo dejamos en un parking subterráneo que hay no muy lejos ,los tres días que estuvimos. Aunque está la posibilidad de dejarlo en zona azul en la calle de al lado. Recomiendo al 100x100 tanto la anfitriona,como la casa.Sin duda,si vuelvo a Lisboa , repetiré.Verified Rocio's place is extremely clean. She provided everything we need as at home and as a tourist, including nice decorations. The street is pretty quiet and the beds are comfortable. We are impressed of her touring guide not only in her the house introduction but also in airbnb message. With Rocio's guide, we went to Come Prima twice in three days and enjoyed the delicious Italian food so much. We also enjoyed the Lupita pizza very much. In two minutes walking distance, there is a grocery store where we could buy some fruits and food . Some of the bus stops are only 2 min walk. Some are a little further but still within 10 minutes walk. We apprecciate Rocio's effort which made us able to drop luggage earlier so that we could easily start siteseeing after arrival. Overall, this is a comfortable and pleasant experience especially as the 1st stop of our visit to Portugal. Thank you Rocio for you kind and thoughtful hosting. Rocio was a great host and quick to respond & offer suggestions. The showers had great pressure and hot water, beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! Our daughter really loved the loft area, but wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with mobility issues just fyi - the stairs are quite steep. Would recommend!Verified Ένα πολύ όμορφο καθαρό και ήσυχο διαμέρισμα σε μια όμορφη γειτονιά της Λισαβώνας .Εξαιρετικη η επικοινωνία με την Rocio.Verified 리스본 알파마 지구, 벨렘 지구 관광을 위해 택시로 이동하기 편리하였습니다. 집은 사진과 같이 아름다운 소품들이 있었고, 현지 친구 집에 놀러온 것과 같이 편안한 기분이었습니다. 특히 다락방이 있어 아이가 좋아했습니다. 다만 첫 날과 두 번째 날에 인터넷 연결에 문제가 있어 무척이나 곤란함을 겪었습니다. Rocio도 개인 사정으로 응답이 느려 많은 시간을 허비하게 되어 개인적으로 유감이었습니다. 인터넷 문제로 해가 진 일요일 저녁에 와이파이가 되는 곳을 찾기 위해 열려있는 식당을 찾아다녀야 했습니다. 인터넷이 전혀 되지 않는 상황에서 개인적인 지식을 이용해 모뎀과 인터넷 연결상태를 살피고 몇 번의 재부팅 끝에 인터넷 문제는 해결되어 앞으로 다른 게스트들은 이런 일을 겪지 않겠지만 이 부분이 저에게는 아쉬움으로 남습니다. 그 외에는 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
