This two-story building retains the charm of old Lisbon with high ceilings and carved decorative motifs while offering modern comforts. Located on the top floor with only two neighbors, the house is private, independent, and flooded with natural light. It features 2 bedrooms – one with a queen-size bed on the first floor and another upstairs with a double bed and an extra single bed – plus 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and a sunny balcony to relax on.
The fully equipped kitchen is spacious, and the bright, airy living room is perfect for relaxing. As passionate art lovers, we’ve decorated the house with unique and artistic touches that make it truly special. Just a 5-minute walk from the river and promenade and 10 minutes from Lisbon’s touristic center, the house is surrounded by excellent restaurants, bars, and brunch spots. The Lapa neighborhood is quiet, safe, and residential, while still offering good public transport connections to other parts of the city and easy access to the highway. The airport is only a 15-minute drive away, making this arty home an ideal base for exploring Lisbon.
